You must have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials, as well as the ability to use various tools and equipment.

Key Requirements:
- Relevant experience in maintenance or construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Good physical stamina and strength
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of company properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform repairs on items such as doors, windows, walls, roofs, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, etc.
- Install new structures or fixtures as needed
- Handle emergency repairs when necessary
- Keep accurate records of all completed tasks and materials used

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience and qualifications.
