We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Your duties will include fixing and installing various systems and equipment, as well as conducting routine inspections to identify any potential issues.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in general maintenance work and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You must also be physically fit and able to work with various tools and equipment. Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or other related fields will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing repairs, and electrical installations
- Conduct inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Fix and install various systems and equipment such as lighting fixtures, doors, locks, etc.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and provide solutions
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work or other related fields
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
