Part-Time Administrator

We are in search of a skilled and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Part-Time Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing company records, managing schedules and appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication and multitasking skills as well as the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize company records, including financial documents, contracts, and employee files.
- Manage schedules and appointments for various departments within the company.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and responding to emails.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients or customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be able to work independently without close supervision.
Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1000$ per month.

This position is located in Faro, Portugal.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
