Administrative Assistant in Faro, Portugal
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company's operations in Faro, Portugal. Your main duties will include handling emails and phone calls, managing schedules and appointments, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining office supplies. You will also assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of administrative experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Accommodation, free visa, and ticket will be provided as part of the salary package. This position is open to all genders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Ensure smooth communication between different departments within the company
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1700 per month
