We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$, accommodation provided, and visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Managing schedules and travel arrangements for employees
- Providing support to management as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
