Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office in Faro. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This is a part-time position, with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the office budget and ensure efficient use of resources
- Coordinate and supervise administrative staff
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed
- Manage office contracts with vendors and service providers
- Maintain a clean and organized office space

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of accounting principles is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work legally in Faro without accommodation
