Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Faro. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and facilities to potential clients. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and occupancy by developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Handle negotiations with clients, including contract terms and pricing
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry news
- Prepare sales reports and present them to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel sales or relevant field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
