Hotel Sales Manager
We are in search of a results-driven and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Faro. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and amenities to potential clients. You will also be in charge of developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships with them through various channels such as email, phone calls, and networking events.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop attractive packages, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the hotel's services.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure all terms are met.
- Follow up with clients after their stay to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
