Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing hotel revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed hotel revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and markets, and develop relationships to generate new business
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the hospitality industry
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Prepare sales reports and presentations to share with stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitors' activities
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Knowledge of revenue management principles
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Salary: $1000 per month (part-time)
