Concierge Assistant


As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents of our luxury property in Faro. You will assist the Concierge in fulfilling guest requests and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. This is a temporary position, perfect for men who are looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry. No previous experience is required, but a friendly and professional demeanor is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents upon arrival with a warm welcome and assist with luggage if needed
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, including reservations for dining or activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service for guests
- Keep track of inventory for supplies such as newspapers, magazines, and brochures
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all guest information is kept confidential

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Salary:
This temporary position offers a salary of 1100$ per month.

This position is based in Faro, Portugal.
