Job Title: Concierge Assistant


We are hiring a dedicated and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Faro. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized assistance and support to guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time position open to candidates of all nationalities, with no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests for room service, housekeeping, or other amenities
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk area at all times
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure all guest information is kept confidential

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of local area attractions and amenities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
