We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Almada, Portugal. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technological infrastructure and ensuring its effectiveness and efficiency. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to support the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals
- Manage and maintain the company's technological infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and systems
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT systems
- Identify areas for improvement in technology processes and recommend solutions
- Manage a team of IT professionals including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place to protect company information
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation into the company's operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or in a senior IT position
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, security protocols, cloud computing, etc.
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments within the company
- Proven track record of implementing successful technology strategies
