Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist. This position is perfect for someone who is looking to start their career in the tech industry and has a passion for helping others with their technical issues. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This includes diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as setting up new equipment and software for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of computer systems and software, and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install new equipment and software for clients
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours if needed

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Almada (relocation assistance provided if needed)
