Computer Support Technician (Part-Time)


We are seeking a Computer Support Technician to join our team in Almada. This part-time position is suitable for men and does not require prior experience. As a Computer Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with any computer-related issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network problems
- Install and configure new hardware and software systems
- Provide technical support to clients through phone, email, or in person
- Set up and maintain computer systems, including operating systems and applications
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of computer systems
- Keep accurate records of all repairs, maintenance, and upgrades performed
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Almada but may require occasional travel within the city.
