Computer Support Specialist (Almada, Portugal)

We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Almada, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and technology, with experience providing technical support to end users. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, setting up new systems, and providing training to users. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with the opportunity for visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users on hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer system problems
- Install and configure new computer systems
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Train users on how to use new technology
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software
- Collaborate with team members on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or related role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Experience with customer service is preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time contract position based in Almada, Portugal. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. There may be occasional evening or weekend work required for urgent technical issues. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Salary: $1100 per month
