Junior Machine Learning Engineer


We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Almada. As a Junior ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets
- Build data pipelines to support model training and deployment
- Perform model evaluation and optimization
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP)
