PHP Developer

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join our team in Almada. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications and websites using PHP programming language. You must have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and be familiar with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with MySQL or other databases is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications and websites using PHP
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Ensure high performance and scalability of applications
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a PHP Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of database design and SQL queries
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
