PHP Developer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced PHP Developer to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites and web applications according to client specifications. You must have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development technologies and be able to work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and other developers.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications using PHP
- Collaborating with designers to create functional, responsive user interfaces
- Writing clean, efficient code that meets project requirements
- Troubleshooting issues and debugging code
- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility
- Testing website speed and performance
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
- Working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PHP Developer
- Experience with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Strong understanding of back-end development using PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter
- Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Experience working with version control systems like Git or SVN
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions quickly and effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
