QA Engineer - Part Time (Almada, Portugal)



We are a growing software development company based in Almada, Portugal and we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products by conducting thorough testing and identifying any issues or bugs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products
- Identifying and documenting any issues or bugs found during testing
- Collaborating with developers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues
- Creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features or updates
- Participating in code reviews to provide feedback on potential areas of improvement
- Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium or JMeter
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
- Strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The salary for this role is 1800$ per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.
