We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Android Developer to join our dynamic team in Almada, Portugal. As a Junior Android Developer, you will work on developing and maintaining mobile applications for the Android platform. You will be responsible for coding, debugging and testing applications as well as implementing new features and functionalities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and test new mobile applications.
- Write clean and efficient code for mobile applications on the Android platform.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Work with product managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Continuously research and learn about new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve the development process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience with Java programming language.
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
- Experience working with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
