We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Almada, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong background in project management and team coordination. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of professionals to ensure they reach their full potential
- Develop project plans and timelines, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Monitor budget and resources to ensure projects are delivered within scope and on time
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for growth opportunities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proven experience in project management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
