Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project planning and execution. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as develop and maintain project timelines and budgets. Your role will involve coordinating project team members, identifying potential risks and roadblocks, and implementing strategies to ensure project success. You will also be responsible for communicating project updates to key stakeholders and ensuring that all project objectives are met within the established time frame and budget. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience in project management is preferred.

Location: Almada, Portugal (Preference for Portuguese nationality or current residence)

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Employment Type: Contract (with potential for extension)

Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Communicate project status updates regularly to key stakeholders
- Identify potential risks or roadblocks and implement appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects
- Monitor progress against established timelines and budgets
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards a common goal
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in project management software
- Fluency in Portuguese is preferred but not required
