Project Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our company. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Monitor project budget and make necessary adjustments
- Manage project resources effectively
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
