Junior Project Manager

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the senior project manager in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects within our company.

Key responsibilities:
- Assisting the senior project manager in developing project plans and timelines
- Coordinating with team members to ensure tasks are completed according to schedule
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the senior project manager
- Identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans
- Communicating with clients to gather project requirements and provide updates
- Conducting research and analysis to support project decision-making
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records of all projects

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus
