Junior Data Mining Analyst


We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Data Mining Analyst in Almada. This is a contract position, perfect for freshers looking to gain experience in the field of data mining.

As a Junior Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data. Your main goal will be to identify patterns and trends that can provide valuable insights for our company's business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize data from various sources
- Develop data mining models and algorithms
- Identify patterns and trends in data sets
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement based on data analysis results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field (equivalent work experience may be considered)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
We offer a salary of $1000 per month for this contract position.

Location:
Our office is located in Almada, but due to the current situation, remote work may be required.
