Job Title: Typesetter (Almada, Portugal)



As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images in various publications, such as books, magazines, and newspapers. You will work closely with editors and designers to ensure that the final product is visually appealing and error-free.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize design software to format text and images according to project specifications
- Ensure all content is aligned correctly and visually appealing
- Make necessary adjustments to font size, style, and spacing to enhance readability
- Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure consistency in design and layout
- Proofread final drafts for errors in spelling, punctuation, or grammar
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Typesetter or in a similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of different printing processes is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 USD per month.

Location:
This position is located in Almada, Portugal. Relocation assistance or accommodation can be provided for the right candidate if needed.
