Online Consultant - Almada, Portugal
As an Online Consultant, you will provide virtual support and assistance to clients through various online platforms. Your main responsibility will be to communicate with clients, understand their needs and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues through online communication channels
- Communicate with clients using a friendly and professional tone
- Understand and analyze client's needs to offer suitable solutions and services
- Keep updated on company products and services to effectively assist clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as chat, email, and social media
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in online consulting or remote support services
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Fluency in multiple languages
Salary: $1600 per month (contract position)
Location: Almada, Portugal
Contract Type: Full-time, with possibility for extension
