Moderator (Contract, Almada)


We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Moderator to join our team in Almada. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online forums, chat rooms, and social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines. You will also have the opportunity to engage with our online community and provide support to users when needed.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums, chat rooms, and social media platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and ensure appropriate behavior from users
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support when needed
- Identify and report any inappropriate content or behavior
- Engage with the online community to foster a positive and welcoming environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a moderator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese
- Familiarity with online forums, chat rooms, and social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: 1500$
Location: Almada (own visa required)
Employment type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
Working hours: Flexible (to accommodate global time zones)
Start date: Immediate
