Job Title: Moderator (Almada)



As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of online discussions and conversations within our company's online community. You will be based in Almada, with a salary of 1800$, and will not be provided with accommodation. However, we offer a free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Your duties will include reviewing user-generated content, ensuring it follows our community guidelines and rules, responding to user inquiries and complaints, and taking necessary actions to resolve disputes or remove inappropriate content. Additionally, you will work closely with our community managers to identify trends and provide feedback on user behavior.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A deep understanding of online communities and social media platforms is also required. Previous experience as a moderator or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
