Job Title: Facade Specialist



We are seeking a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of building facades. This includes the exterior walls, windows, doors, and other architectural features that contribute to the aesthetic and structural integrity of a building.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to design building facades that meet structural and aesthetic requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed facade designs
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Oversee the installation of facade components and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Conduct inspections and perform maintenance on existing building facades to identify any defects or necessary repairs
- Stay updated on industry advancements and new materials/technologies related to building facades

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in facade design, construction, or maintenance
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in AutoCAD and other related software programs
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction processes related to facades
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so we are looking for candidates who already have their own visa for working in Portugal. This position is open to all skill levels - whether you are an experienced Facade Specialist or just starting out in your career.
