We are in need of a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team based in Almada. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and decorating various surfaces in residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Remove old paint or wallpaper using sanders or scrapers
- Repair damaged areas on walls or furniture before painting
- Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working on site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional Painter
- Strong knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Ability to mix, match, and apply various colors and paints
- Attention to detail with a high level of precision in your work
- Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Good communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required
- Knowledge of Portuguese language is preferred but not required
