Job Title: Formworker Supervisor



We are in need of a skilled and experienced Formworker Supervisor to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of formworkers in the construction industry. Your main objective will be to ensure that all formwork is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of formworkers on construction sites
- Plan and coordinate the layout and installation of formwork according to blueprints and specifications
- Ensure that all formwork is completed accurately and meets quality standards
- Monitor the progress of formwork projects and make adjustments as needed
- Train new employees on proper formwork techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety inspections

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in construction preferred
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of formwork systems and their applications
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
