Job Title: Concrete Worker


A reputable construction company in Almada is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, including pouring, finishing, and repairing concrete structures. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare worksite for concrete pouring by setting forms, reinforcing structures, and ensuring proper drainage
- Pour concrete into forms according to specified mix and level with screed
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand or power tools
- Repair damaged concrete structures by filling cracks and holes, and applying sealant or other materials as needed
- Check finished work for accuracy and quality control
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to concrete work

Preferred:
- Certification in concrete work or related field
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Familiarity with construction industry standards
