Junior Civil Engineer - Almada, Portugal


We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting senior engineers in designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects. This is a contract position with a starting salary of 1500$.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in project design and planning
- Conduct site visits and surveys
- Prepare detailed project reports and cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
- Identify potential risks and issues during construction and propose solutions
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work legally in Portugal
