Entry-Level Glazier


We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Glazier in Almada. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for cutting, installing, and repairing glass and other related materials. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience in the field to gain valuable skills and training.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass to specified dimensions using cutting tools.
- Install glass in frames or secure it with putty, cement, or screws.
- Secure glass panes into frames using clips, moldings, or other types of fasteners.
- Replace damaged glass or re-glaze existing installations.
- Remove any old or broken glass prior to installation.
- Clean work area and remove debris after completing jobs.
- Use safety equipment and follow established safety procedures.

Requirements:
- No previous experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
- Familiarity with tools used in the trade such as cutters, saws, drills, etc.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
