We are in need of a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Almada. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires climbing roofs, lifting heavy equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to blueprints and manufacturer instructions
- Ensure proper placement and alignment of panels to maximize energy production
- Connect solar panels to electrical wiring systems
- Troubleshoot any issues with the system and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on existing solar systems
- Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Solar Installer or in a related field preferred
- Knowledge of electrical wiring systems and basic construction techniques
- Comfortable working at heights and able to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Good communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team
- Must have own transportation to job sites within Almada

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This job is located in Almada, Portugal.
