Our architectural firm in Almada, Portugal is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects in the design and construction of buildings and structures. Your main duties will include creating detailed drawings and plans, conducting site visits and inspections, and coordinating with clients and contractors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Portugal
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Assist architects in the development of building designs by creating detailed drawings and plans
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess conditions, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Keep up-to-date with building regulations and codes in Portugal

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
Our office is located in the vibrant city of Almada, known for its beautiful beaches, historic landmarks, and lively culture. This position does not include accommodation.
