Architectural Designer



We are searching for a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Almada. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing architectural designs for various projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and comply with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and present design concepts for projects based on client needs and requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure that designs meet structural requirements
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance as needed
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members throughout the design process
- Review project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within set parameters
- Prepare project proposals, reports, and presentations as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
