Location: Almada, Portugal


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs for various projects, including residential and commercial buildings. You should have a strong understanding of design principles and building codes, as well as experience with AutoCAD and other design software.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs for various projects, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and functionality.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design development.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Present design proposals to clients for approval.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure design intent is being followed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer.
- Proficient in AutoCAD software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Salary:
$1500 per month.
