The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect, with a strong background in designing and overseeing construction projects. This position is based in the vibrant city of Almada, and offers a salary of 1700$ per month.

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for developing commercial building designs and overseeing the construction process. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and create innovative designs that meet their requirements while adhering to budget constraints. Your role will involve collaborating with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software is essential, as well as knowledge of building codes and regulations. Excellent communication skills are also crucial, as you will be interacting with clients, contractors, and team members on a regular basis.

This is a part-time position that offers flexible working hours. However, candidates must be able to commit to occasional overtime or weekend work when necessary. The company also provides accommodation for employees who may need to relocate to Almada.
