We are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Architect to join our team in Almada. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your primary goal will be to create functional and visually appealing spaces that meet the needs and requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, budget, and timelines
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that plans are being followed accurately
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited university
- Proven experience in commercial architecture or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
