Part-Time Commercial Architect
We are currently hiring a Part-Time Commercial Architect to join our team in Almada. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for developing and designing commercial spaces such as offices, retail stores, and restaurants. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain experience in the field of architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the commercial space
- Develop preliminary designs and create architectural drawings using CAD software
- Research and select materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet budget and design requirements
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion of projects
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are met
- Present design concepts to clients for approval
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- 1+ years of experience in commercial architecture (internship experience will be considered)
- Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500 USD per month.
Location:
The job is located in Almada, Portugal. However, we are open to considering remote work options for candidates who are not currently located in Almada.
Visa & Ticket:
We offer free visa sponsorship for international candidates who require work authorization. We also provide a one-time ticket allowance for relocation purposes.
