Architecture Manager
The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects for our firm in Almada. This role requires a high level of experience in the field of architecture and a strong understanding of project management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, and other team members
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within an architectural firm
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Almada. While accommodation is not provided, the city has many affordable housing options available.
