Architecture Manager



We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Almada. In this role, you will oversee the planning, design, and construction of various architectural projects. You will be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire architectural process from initial design to project completion
- Create and oversee project budgets and schedules
- Lead a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the final project
- Oversee the selection of contractors and vendors for each project
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Experience working with budgets and schedules
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on large-scale projects or in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Fluency in Portuguese (preferred) or English
Salary: 1500$ per month
