Excavator Operator

We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Almada. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials at construction sites. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator safely and efficiently according to job specifications and safety regulations
- Use hand and foot controls to manipulate the boom, bucket, and attachments of the excavator
- Dig trenches, load trucks, and move materials using the excavator
- Conduct daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures on the job site

Requirements:
- Valid Excavator Operator license/certification
- Proven experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Ability to read and understand job site plans and specifications
- Physically fit and able to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy equipment
