Restaurant Manager


We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Almada. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise employees to ensure efficient and friendly service
- Create schedules for staff and handle any staffing issues or conflicts
- Oversee food preparation to maintain quality standards and ensure timely service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supplies are available
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment according to health codes and company policies
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members and provide feedback for improvement as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and health codes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month along with free accommodation.
