We are a busy and successful restaurant located in Almada, Portugal. We are currently seeking an entry-level Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the food industry and have a strong desire to learn and grow as a manager.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise new employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create unique and delicious menu items that will keep customers coming back for more
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and strive to find solutions that satisfy both parties
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- No previous experience as a Restaurant Manager is required, but some experience in the food industry is preferred
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively lead a team
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think on their feet
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be eligible for employment in Portugal
