Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations including, but not limited to, staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and events to attract customers
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
