We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Almada. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time job with a competitive salary of 1300$.

Responsibilities:
- Train and manage restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and support staff
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met at all times
- Manage inventory and ordering to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Monitor budget and control costs to maximize profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotions and attract new customers
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for employees and customers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must be fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
