We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team on a temporary basis in Almada, Portugal. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista and be able to deliver high-quality drinks with exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar area and equipment
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist in ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Must have valid work permit or ability to obtain visa sponsorship for temporary employment in Portugal
